La Habra FFA was established on January 4th, 1957. Ever since establishment, the chapter has been progressive in educating its members in all components of agriculture. Today, we have about 350 students in a two teacher department with a 1 acre farm that is utilized to educate the members in our chapter. Our chapter offers two different pathways for students to enhance their skills and knowledge in agriculture. Both our Ag Mechanics pathway and Ag Science pathways enhance their hands-on learning by allowing students to utilize the farm and mechanics shop to create projects that require a hands-on approach to learning. We are an innovative chapter set on giving students experiences in an urban setting in Orange County.
